The exhibition context of "VARIOUS DIVERSIONS : Different, Potential, Flowing" is a process of returning to the vivid individual narrative after the grand social narrative has been fragmented. The exhibition presents two aspects of consideration: First, the exhibition is completed under the influence and intervention of numerous conditions and paths. Conditions are not only a kind of limitation but also a space that provides room for creative ideas. Second, the exhibition is composed of many different paths, that is, a mixture of various differential factors of different artists. Each artist has their own unique path, with their own abilities and perspectives to view the world. "VARIOUS DIVERSIONS" is to collect these paths and present them collectively. There are no works that are symbolic of the era here, but rather a collection of numerous "unique pieces", that is, a gathering of the individual spirits of the "small self", and some of the most direct reactions.
