Most of the festivals we have today are a conspiracy between legends and consumption. Legends endorse consumption, while consumption is a sacrifice to legends. For the upcoming Qixi Festival, CURRENTLY AVAILABLE will launch a pop-up store, Magpie Bridge Wall, at Wooton Space's WOOTON PROJECT. A bridge is a space for encounters and reunions, while a wall is a place of waiting, overcoming, and even "wall pinning" (baito in Japanese). The bridge connects people with their loved ones, while the wall helps keep loved ones close by. The highlight of this pop-up event is the artwork "Chocolate Te" created by artist Sun Cunming.
