"When We Think Like a Tree" is an artist from Hunan who named Yan Qing. Her first solo exhibition at ARCH GALLERY. Using tempera as a medium of communication and the spirituality and wisdom of trees as her language, she invites viewers into a quiet and healing pure space. The exhibition examines the relationship between humans and nature through a lightness where silence speaks louder than words. In every gap between the trees depicted by Yan Qing, there lies a dialogue between ourselves and nature, or perhaps a dialogue within ourselves.
